2 lbs ground venison
1 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1. Tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp Parmesan
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp parsley
Pinch of sage
Add all ingredients to your ground venison, dig your clean hands in, and mix it up well!!!
Form into balls
Turn the pan to medium. Coat the pan with non-stick spray and Add 4 tbsp oil to the pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and turn meatballs. Continue this process until all sides are turned. Turn down to low and let cook covered for 20 minutes. Remove the lid and finish browning!
Add your favorite sauce and noodles!
