DIY shoe deodorizer

It’s that time of the year! In a family of 5 boys, it’s bound to happen! Stinky feet, stinky shoes!!! I swear their shoes were stinking out my whole kitchen. So I found a great way to deodorize their shoes that is simple, cheap, and works! I’ve already tested it and it was amazing!

You will need:

Baking soda

Tablespoon and bowl

Essential oil of your choice (optional)

Mix 2 tbsp baking soda with 5 drops of your chosen essential oil, I chose lavender!

Add one tablespoon to each shoe starting at the heel and shake to the front and back again. Let sit for a few hours or more and shake out well! Voila!!!! They smell great!!!
