Instant pot Parmesan noodles

These Instant Pot Parmesan noodles are a quick and easy dish to prepare using your Instant Pot or any electric pressure cooker. Here's a simple recipe to make delicious Parmesan noodles: Copy-Cat Parmesan Pasta Roni is the creamiest and easiest pasta you will ever make. Rich and creamy garlic parmesan angel hair pasta is one of my fas. Better than pasta-Toni! Toss all the ingredients in the IP and get cooking, no having to pre-cook the pasta or watch for the water to boil! One pot is all you need for this pasta dish that your whole family will be thanking you for making!

Ingredients: 2 tbsp butter 1 clove garlic 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy Cream or milk or evaporated milk (heavy cream is best though!) 3 cup water 16 oz angel hair Pasta 8 oz parmesan cheese 2 spring chopped parsley

Instructions: Place pot on saute, Melt Butter and add chopped garlic Add Pasta, chicken broth, heavy Cream, and water Place Pot on Manual High Pressure for 3 minutes Do a Quick Release Stir in Cheese Top with Parsley and serve

It’s that easy!!

•PLEASE NOTE•

When you first open the pot it will seem too watery, upon stirring it will thicken like magic in front of your eyes!

If you are worried that there is too much simply drain and reserve to your desired consistency IF then you feel the noodles get too thick just add as necessary!

Also, if your noodles are not completely covered with liquid from the quantities given in this recipe simply adjust accordingly by adding 1/4 cup increments of each liquid in the ingredients until the noodles are covered! Don’t worry the recipe is no fail! I added a little extra garlic salt to mine!

When you open your pot it may seem curdy from the milk no worries! It will smooth out keep stirring!

Delicious side dish! My whole family was begging for more!
