I have been eating this sugary goodness as long as I can remember, I’ve been making it since I was a teenager!!! Some of you may have this recipe but if you don’t here it is! A must-try the kids will love!

You will need:

9 Cups Chex, rice, or corn

1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1/4 Cup butter or margarine

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar

Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside. In a 1-quart microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on High for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until the mixture can be stirred smoothly. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into a 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal the bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
